We make a point to obtain our ingredients from local suppliers and where possible, from organic and free-range farms. This ensures that our bacon continues to be a cut above what you’d find elsewhere, and it keeps our customers coming back for more. Our beef is certified Black Angus Beef, with cuts from both prime and choice. So some of the beef cuts will have Wagyu quality.
